I'm sure that I lost my entire audience as it has been over a year since my last post. So many changes in our lives, all for the better! We moved to Chicago over the summer and love it! The children have adjusted very well! Kalista, 12, is a 7th grader and has made many new friends. She made the cheerleading squad and show choir at her school, the choir will be traveling to Disney in February to perform! Along with that, she does 6 hours of dance a week with competitions right around the corner. Thankfully she is a straight A student and is able to juggle all her activities. Guitar and voice has been pushed to the side for now, but will continue soon.
Jager, 6, is in first grade. He enjoys school and does speed stacking. He continues to sing and dance at home, which drives my husband CRAZY!
Isla, the star of my blog, is now 4 1/2! She attends a pre K program 5 mornings a week and does gymnastics. Jager and Isla are two peas in a pod! We joke that they act like an old married couple. Isla is very social and always has people laughing. You never know what is going to come out of her mouth. Her laugh is contagious and those dimples will make anyone smile.
Derek, 25, was living with us in Boston for about 9 months. He decided to move to LA when we moved to Chicago. He was in LA for 6 months, now resides in AZ with his dad.
