Isla went to the doctors today to have her blood work done and get some shots, she was such a trooper! Even Jager had to get his second round of his flu shot and he was such a big boy! Isla gained 1 pound since her last visit two weeks ago! We are very pleased with that! She continues to amaze us daily as how well she has adjusted and fits into our family! Her eating has been progressing as well!

We have family (Lynn, Michele, Renee, Chris, Jared and Emily) coming to our home for Thanksgiving! We are so excited to see them and for them all to meet Isla! It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is in 3 days! We have so much to be thankful for this year. Isla and Thomas having a new job is definitely on the top of our list! Of course, we wouldn't have been able to do any of it without the love and support of our family and friends. As much as 2010 has been such a big year for us, I will be happy to see it go. I'm ready for all the craziness to at least slow down and get back into a normal routine of life.
